INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped

- 🥓 4–5 strips of bacon, chopped

PASSOS
Chop the onion finely and set aside.
Score the tomatoes and blanch them in hot water to remove the skin.
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Dice the peeled tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and bacon until fragrant.
Add ketchup and stir well, then mix in the cooked rice.
