INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍅 1-2 tomatoes
- 🥔 1-2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
Condiments
- 2/3 tbsp doenjang
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Broth
- 2 cups rice water
- 1 piece kelp
- 1 handful dried pollock
Garnish
- 1 stalk green onion
PASSOS
Add rice water, kelp, and dried pollock to a pot and bring to a boil.
Slice tomatoes and add them to the pot.
Dice potatoes and add them to the pot. Let them cook until tender.
Dissolve doenjang and gochujang into the broth and stir well.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot and continue cooking.
Add red pepper powder and sliced green chili, then simmer for a few more minutes before turning off the heat.
