INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥡 300g tofu
 - 🧂 1 tsp salt
 - 3 tbsp frying flour
 - 1/2 cup cooking oil
 - 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
 
Sauce Ingredients
- 6 tbsp oligosaccharide
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tbsp apple jam
 
PASSOS
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt.
Cover tofu with a kitchen towel and press gently to remove excess moisture.
Mix tofu with frying flour in a bowl or plastic bag until evenly coated.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add tofu.
Fry tofu until golden brown on all sides, flipping occasionally.
Transfer fried tofu to a cooling rack or plate lined with paper towels.
Mix sauce ingredients (oligosaccharide, soy sauce, oyster sauce, apple jam) in a pan without heat.
Heat sauce over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
Reduce heat to low and add fried tofu to the sauce, mixing quickly.
Transfer tofu to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
