INGREDIENTES
Essential Ingredients
- 1.5 cups ground pork
- 🥬 1 handful spinach
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
Spicy Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 🧄 1 handful garlic
Soy Sauce Mix Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASSOS
Blend red chilies, green chilies, and garlic into a coarse paste using a blender.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and water in a bowl to prepare the soy sauce mix.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg until crispy edges form.
In the same pan, add 2 tbsp of the spicy seasoning mix and cook briefly to release aroma.
Add ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Pour 5 tbsp of the soy sauce mix into the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Add spinach and stir-fry briefly until wilted.
Serve the cooked pork and spinach over a bowl of rice, topped with the fried egg.
