INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 🥬 120g spinach
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 3 dried chili peppers
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
Cooking Oil
- As needed cooking oil
PASSOS
Wash the spinach thoroughly and trim the roots.
Chop the green onion and slice the chili peppers in half. Mince the garlic.
Mix chili powder, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and green onion, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chili peppers and thawed chicken breasts to the pan. Stir-fry until the chicken is partially cooked.
Reduce heat to low and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Turn the heat to high, add the prepared sauce, and stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the spinach and stir-fry briefly until wilted.
In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
Serve the rice in bowls, top with the chicken-spinach mixture, and place the fried egg on top.
