- 🍠 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
- 10 pieces of rice cakes
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 💧 5 tbsp water
PASSOS
Steam the sweet potatoes using a microwave. Cut the rice cakes into bite-sized pieces. If the rice cakes are hard, blanch them briefly and remove excess water.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and fry the steamed sweet potatoes until golden and crispy on the outside.
Fry the rice cakes until crispy.
Set aside the fried sweet potatoes and rice cakes in a bowl.
Prepare the sauce in the pan by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, corn syrup, olive oil, and water. Bring the sauce to a boil.
Add the fried sweet potatoes and rice cakes to the sauce and mix well until evenly coated.
