- 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp coarse chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp fine chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🌾 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
Bibimbap Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and julienne it with the skin on.
Soak the julienned sweet potato in water to remove excess starch.
Slice the green onion thinly and prepare it.
In a bowl, mix the drained sweet potato, green onion, minced garlic, anchovy sauce, salt, vinegar, sugar, fine chili powder, and coarse chili powder.
Place the seasoned sweet potato mixture on top of the cooked rice, add gochujang sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
