INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 1 handful dried seaweed
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
 
- Seasoning - 💧 600ml water
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
 
PASSOS
Soak 1 handful of dried seaweed in cold water until rehydrated.
While the seaweed is soaking, thinly slice the cucumber, onion, and carrot.
Rinse the rehydrated seaweed in cold water and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Combine with the sliced cucumber, onion, and carrot in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix 600ml water, 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 6 tbsp vinegar, and 0.5 tbsp minced garlic until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved.
Pour the prepared broth over the vegetables and seaweed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
