    • 1/2 cup tteokbokki rice cakes
    • 1 cup soaked glass noodles

    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • 1 cube chicken powder
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp tuna sauce
    • 💧 2 cups water

PASSOS

Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes. Slice the bacon.

Prepare the tteokbokki rice cakes and chop the green onion.

Mix soy sauce, gochujang, mirin, tuna sauce, and 1 cup of water to create the sauce.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté the green onion for 1–2 minutes.

Add the sweet potato and bacon to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.

Add the rice cakes, sauce, chicken powder, and 1 cup of water to the pan. Simmer until the rice cakes and sweet potato are tender.

Add the soaked glass noodles and cook until the sauce thickens and noodles are fully cooked.
