INGREDIENTES

- 🍖 500g pork shoulder
Seasoning
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
PASSOS
Prepare a large bowl for marinating. Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and 1/2 cup water to the bowl. Mix well.
Add pork shoulder slices into the marinade. Massage the meat gently to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan over high heat and add cooking oil. Once hot, place the marinated pork into the pan.
Cook the pork until it starts to lose its pink color. Let it sear without stirring to develop a caramelized crust. Flip and repeat.
