- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 slice ginger
PASSOS
Place 500g pork belly in a frying pan and cook until browned.
Pat the pork belly with paper towels to remove excess grease and cook until crispy.
Cut the cooked pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, sesame oil, black pepper, and sliced ginger.
Pour the sauce over the pork belly and simmer until well-coated and slightly caramelized.
Serve the pork belly with julienned green onion on the side.
