INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack Korean sundae (blood sausage)
- 1 cup frying batter mix
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Defrost the sundae slightly in the microwave if frozen.
Skewer 3 pieces of sundae on each stick. If using whole sundae, cut into appropriate lengths first.
Mix frying batter with water to a runny consistency.
Coat the sundae skewers evenly with the batter.
Heat oil in a pan to a shallow level and fry the skewers until golden brown.
Place fried skewers on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, soy sauce, and oligo syrup in a pan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Brush the sauce over the fried sundae skewers and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
