INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 150g ground chicken
 - 4 bell peppers
 - 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
 - 1 tbsp flour
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 🥚 1 egg
 - 1 tbsp sake
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 - 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
 
PASSOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and pith. Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced onion, and the meat mixture seasoning ingredients until sticky.
Sprinkle flour inside the bell peppers and stuff them with the meat mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the stuffed peppers meat-side down. Cook over medium-low heat until browned, then flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer until coated.
