INGREDIENTES
Strawberry Sauce
- 🍓 170g strawberries
- 🧂 40-55g sugar
- 🍋 12g lemon juice
Filling
- 🧀 170g mascarpone cheese
- 🥛 160g heavy cream
- 🥚 45g egg yolks
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 2g vanilla extract
- 1 gelatin sheet
- 6 ladyfingers
- A pinch of decorative snow
- 🍓 A few strawberries for garnish
PASSOS
Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to make strawberry sauce.
Heat egg yolks and sugar over a double boiler, then remove from heat.
Add softened gelatin to the egg mixture and mix until dissolved. Let it cool to lukewarm.
Mix mascarpone cheese with the cooled egg mixture until smooth.
Fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
Place ladyfingers in the prepared mold and pour strawberry sauce over them.
Fill the mold completely with the prepared filling.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
Decorate with decorative snow and strawberries.
Serve and enjoy!
