INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Protein
- 🐟 1 small can of tuna
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Slice zucchini and onion into bite-sized pieces. Prepare tuna with its oil and mince green onion.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté minced green onion and garlic. Add tuna oil to the pan.
Add zucchini and onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry briefly before adding tuna. Mix well.
Season lightly with salt, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
