INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g chopped green onion
- 🧅 50g shredded green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
PASSOS
Heat a frying pan over high heat and add sugar. Let it caramelize until it turns brown and starts bubbling.
Add the thinly sliced pork belly and chopped green onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the green onion turns golden brown.
Lower the heat and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
When the pork is almost cooked, add corn syrup and stir-fry for another minute. Serve over rice and top with shredded green onion.
