    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1.3 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Prepare vegetables by cutting cabbage, green onion, chili peppers, onion, and carrot into large pieces.

Slice 1 stalk of green onion for making green onion oil.

Clean and slice the squid into large pieces, adding diagonal cuts for better presentation.

Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and sugar to create the seasoning sauce.

Heat a wok, add green onion and cooking oil, and sauté until fragrant to make green onion oil.
