INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
Protein
- 200g Spam, diced
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🌰 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
Add diced Spam and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add sliced potatoes and cook until they start to soften.
Add sliced onion and green chilies, stir-frying until all vegetables are cooked through.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and black sesame seeds on top before serving.
