- 180-200g dried squid
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Mix dried squid with mayonnaise by gently massaging it.
Combine all seasoning ingredients except sesame oil in a pan and bring to a boil.
Add the mayonnaise-coated squid to the boiling sauce.
Stir-fry the squid on low heat until the sauce is evenly absorbed.
Turn off the heat and finish by adding sesame oil.
