Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Combine gochujang, soy sauce, corn syrup, minced garlic, black pepper, and chili powder in a frying pan and mix well. Heat until it starts to simmer.
Add the dried squid, cut into bite-sized pieces, and stir-fry lightly until the seasoning is well absorbed.
Turn off the heat, mix in mayonnaise using residual heat, and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
