INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 600g pork shoulder
- 200g garlic scapes
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 2 red chilies
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
PASSOS
Wash and slice the red chilies diagonally.
Cut the green onion in half lengthwise and chop finely.
Cut the garlic scapes into finger-length pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and green onion to make scallion oil over low heat.
Once scallion oil is ready, add pork shoulder and stir-fry over high heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic scapes to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Add red chilies and stir-fry for another minute over high heat.
Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute to coat evenly.
Plate the dish and serve hot.
