INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp ginger syrup
- 2/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp shrimp sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Heat a pan on high heat and stir-fry pork belly with garlic, green onion, rice wine, cooking wine, and ginger syrup.
Add cabbage to the pan, reduce to medium-low heat, cover with a lid, and let it cook until softened.
Once the cabbage is softened, add oyster sauce and shrimp sauce, then stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add chives and stir-fry briefly.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
