INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 3 green peppers, sliced
 - 100g konjac noodles
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
 
PASSOS
Cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Place the konjac noodles in a pot, add enough water to cover, bring to a boil, and simmer on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the konjac and continue stir-frying.
Add the green peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, yuzu kosho) and mix well.
