    • 3 sheets fish cake
    • 🍄 200g oyster mushrooms
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 🥕 A small amount of carrot, sliced
  • Seasoning Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp rice wine
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
  • Additional Seasoning

    • 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
    • 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
    • A pinch of black pepper

Cut the fish cake into desired sizes, separate the oyster mushrooms, and slice the onion and carrot. Carrot is added for color but can be substituted with bell peppers.

Mix soy sauce, rice wine, corn syrup, and minced garlic in a bowl to prepare the seasoning.

Pour half of the prepared seasoning over the oyster mushrooms and gently mix to marinate them.

Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the fish cake, onion, and carrot for 2–3 minutes.

Add the marinated oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour the remaining seasoning into the pan.

Stir-fry until the seasoning is well absorbed. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper, then stir briefly to finish.

Serve the stir-fried fish cake and oyster mushroom dish.
