- 3-4 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 水滴表情 3 tbsp water
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Wash the eggplant and cut it into bite - sized pieces.
Slice the onion, green chili, and red chili into thin strips.Chop the green onion finely.
Heat a pan with 3 - 4 tbsp cooking oil and add a handful of green onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic to create a fragrant oil base.
Add the eggplant and onion to the pan and stir - fry until softened.
Add soy sauce, salt, and oyster sauce, then stir - fry.Pour in 3 tbsp water and continue cooking.
Add corn syrup and sliced chilies, stir - frying until well combined.Finish with a pinch of black pepper.
