- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Prepare 1 cup of dried shrimp and remove any impurities.
Toast the dried shrimp in a dry pan until aromatic and crispy.
Shake the toasted shrimp in a sieve to remove remaining impurities.
In a wok, combine 1 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp water, and 3 tbsp corn syrup. Bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the dried shrimp, mixing well.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tsp sesame seeds. Mix well.
