INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 450g steak-cut beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 350g bok choy
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper

- Adequate amount of cornstarch water
PASSOS
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
Prepare cornstarch water for thickening later.
Wash bok choy thoroughly, separate large leaves, and cut small leaves in half.
Slice garlic and green onion into small pieces.
Pat dry steak-cut beef with a paper towel and trim excess fat.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add beef to the pan and stir-fry until the surface is cooked.
Add bok choy and prepared sauce to the pan, stir-frying quickly over high heat.
Once bok choy softens slightly, add cornstarch water and simmer until thickened.
Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving and enjoy bok choy and beef together.
