INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- A small amount of chives
Protein
- 3 sheets fish cake
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Slice the fish cakes into thin strips.
Prepare the onion, green chili, and chives by slicing them.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok and sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add fish cakes, onion, and green chili to the wok and stir-fry.
Add 0.5 tbsp of oyster sauce for initial seasoning.
Add the bean sprouts to the wok and stir-fry.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix well.
Add the chives and mix everything together.
Finish by drizzling 1 tbsp of sesame oil and sprinkling 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
