INGREDIENTES

- 3 handfuls bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 piece onion
- 🥕 1 piece carrot
- 🧅 suitable amount green onion
Protein
- 1 sheet fish cake
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 3 pinches sugar
PASSOS
Slice fish cake, onion, carrot, and green onion into thin pieces.
Heat oil in a deep pan and add bean sprouts, onion, minced garlic, and chili powder.
Stir-fry the ingredients until evenly mixed.
Add oyster sauce and adjust seasoning based on the quantity of bean sprouts.
Once bean sprouts release moisture and are nearly cooked, add fish cake, carrot, and green onion.
Finish with crushed sesame seeds, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir-fry quickly.
