    • 4 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 0.5 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp plum extract
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 0.2 tsp soy sauce

Measure 80g of dried anchovies, roughly 2 cups or one bowl.

Toast the nuts and seeds (pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds) in a dry pan over low heat.

Set the toasted nuts and seeds aside to cool on a plate.

In a frying pan, combine all seasoning ingredients, including perilla oil, corn syrup, minced garlic, plum extract, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat until bubbling.

Add the prepared anchovies and toasted nuts to the pan, then reduce to low heat.

Stir well over low heat until everything is evenly coated.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
