INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥩 200g beef steak
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 2 stalks green onion, chopped
Marinade Ingredients

- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- Pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and marinate with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Heat a pan with olive oil and cook the beef until browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add the sauce ingredients and simmer on low heat until slightly thickened.
Assemble the bowl: place rice, cooked beef, soaked onion, sauce, and chopped green onion on top.
