    • 2 chili peppers

    • 4 tbsp gochujang
    • 4 tbsp chili powder
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍬 6 tbsp sugar
    • 4 tbsp cooking wine
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 💧 2 tbsp water

Slice all vegetables thinly and prepare them.

Prepare the sauce by mixing all condiments together.

Boil water with 1 tbsp salt and blanch the squid briefly.

In another pot, boil udon noodles for about 1 minute until loosened.

Rinse the noodles in cold water to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until lightly cooked.

Add onions and stir-fry, then add the remaining vegetables.
