- 🦑 2 squid bodies, cleaned and peeled
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🌾 3 tbsp pancake mix
- 🍅 Ketchup to taste
- 🌭 Mustard to taste
PASSOS
Clean and peel 2 squid bodies, then cut them into small pieces for blending.
Blend the squid in a blender until smooth or leave it slightly chunky, depending on your preference.
Chop 1/2 stalk green onion, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, and 2 green chilies into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended squid, chopped vegetables, 1/2 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Add 3 tbsp pancake mix and 1 egg to the mixture and mix well.
Heat a pot of oil on high heat, then reduce to medium once the oil is hot.
Scoop the mixture onto a spatula or knife and gently slide it into the oil to fry.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove and drain.
