- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of parsley powder
PASSOS
Clean the squid by removing the innards and washing thoroughly. Slice the squid into rings.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil and stir-fry the squid until it starts to cook.
Turn off the heat and add corn syrup, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Mix well. Adjust the salt to taste.
Add butter, black pepper, and parsley powder. Turn the heat back on and stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed and no liquid remains in the pan.
