- 🦑 200g squid
 - 🐙 120g boiled octopus
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
 
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - Pinch of black pepper
 - Dry parsley to taste

- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
PASSOS
Mince the onion and garlic.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the squid by removing the innards, cutting the body into rings, and dividing the tentacles into smaller portions.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced onion and garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add the squid and cook for about 1 minute.
Add sake, canned tomatoes, boiled octopus, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover the pan, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
