    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, slice onion into larger pieces, and chop green onion and green chilies finely.

Mix all seasonings together in a bowl and set aside.

Layer the seasoned tuna mixture in a pot, place tofu on top, pour rice water evenly, and add green onion on top.
