    • 300g tofu
    • 1 small canned tuna
    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
    • 1 green chili, sliced
    • 1 red chili, sliced
  • Seasonings

    • 1 seafood stock pack
    • 400ml water
    • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 pinch black pepper

Prepare the seafood stock by soaking the stock pack in 400ml of water for 30 minutes.

Slice the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the onion, green onion, green chili, and red chili.

Mix red pepper powder, fermented shrimp, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the seasoning paste.

Layer the sliced onion and green onion at the bottom of a pan.

Place the tofu slices neatly on top of the onions.

Spread the seasoning paste over the tofu.

Top with sliced green and red chilies.

Pour the prepared seafood stock into the pan and bring to a boil over high heat.

Simmer for 5 minutes until the flavors meld together.
