INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 Sufficient amount of kimchi
- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 1 ladle of kimchi juice
Seasonings
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tsp brown sugar
- A dash of black pepper
- 💧 1 small cup of water
- 🌾 Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- A small amount of canola oil
PASSOS
Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces and place it in a pan. Add the tuna and all the seasonings.
Stir-fry the mixture until well combined. Sprinkle sesame seeds and add chopped green onion.
Continue stir-frying until the mixture is evenly cooked.
Serve the stir-fried tuna and kimchi mixture over a bowl of rice.
