    • 1 tbsp mirin

    • 🧂 a pinch of pepper
  • Sauce

    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
