INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 6 perilla leaves, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 100g somen noodles, cooked
 
- Seasoning - 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp plum extract
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
PASSOS
Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, chili powder, gochujang, black pepper, plum extract, and corn syrup in a bowl.
Slice the cleaned squid into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the squid in the prepared seasoning.
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Slice half an onion into thin strips.
Slice the perilla leaves into thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until slightly translucent.
Add the marinated squid and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add the sliced perilla leaves and finish with sesame oil.
