- 🦑 400g squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/5 zucchini, sliced
- 🍄 2 mushrooms, halved
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 dried chilies
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
PASSOS
Clean and prepare the vegetables: slice the green onion and chilies, julienne the carrot and onion, and halve the zucchini and mushrooms.
Prepare the squid by removing the skin, scoring it lightly, and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the squid briefly in boiling water with 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp cooking wine.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Combine the blanched squid, vegetables, and sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the dried chilies until fragrant.
Add the squid and vegetable mixture to the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
