- 🥬 Some cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 2 green onions
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Some sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Some black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp ginger sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- Some oligosaccharide
PASSOS
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes for better flavor.
Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
Clean the squid by removing the innards and skin, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the onion, cabbage, and squid on high heat.
Once the squid starts curling, add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add green onions and red chili, turn off the heat, and let the residual heat cook them.
