 - 1.5 handfuls cabbage
 - 2 green chilies
 
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - A few dashes of pepper
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 - A sprinkle of sesame seeds
 
PASSOS
Clean and cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the onion, cabbage, and green chilies by slicing them.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, chili powder, corn syrup, garlic, pepper) into a sauce.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and stir-fry the cabbage and onion on high heat.
Add the squid and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything together.
Add the green chilies and stir-fry quickly.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
