Vegetables
- 🌱 250g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Meat Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
PASSOS
Marinate the pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and salt.
Prepare the seasoning sauce and let it rest in the fridge.
Heat green onion in a pan to create green onion oil.
Stir-fry the marinated pork in the green onion oil.
Add half of the seasoning sauce and continue stir-frying.
Add bean sprouts and the remaining sauce, then stir-fry on high heat.
