    • 4 sheets fish cake
    • 🧅 1/2 medium-sized onion
    • 1 handful chopped green onion (white part)
    • 1 handful sliced green onion (green part)
    • 1-2 chopped green chili peppers
    • 🥕 1 handful julienned carrot
    • 3/4 cup water
    • 1-2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Julienne the carrot, slice the green onion (green part) into large pieces, and cut the onion into medium slices.

Finely chop the white part of the green onion and slice the chili peppers thinly. Cut the fish cake into halves and then into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all seasoning ingredients except sesame oil in a bowl.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat and sauté the chopped green onion (white part) to make green onion oil.

Add the carrot and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the carrot is slightly tender.

Add the fish cake and stir-fry on high heat briefly, then reduce to medium heat and add water.

Add the prepared seasoning mixture and stir well. Increase to high heat and add the green onion (green part) and chili peppers, stir-frying quickly.

Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, mixing gently with residual heat.
