- 130g dried squid
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Rinse the dried squid twice in water and drain using a strainer.
Pat dry the squid with a kitchen towel and cut into shorter lengths if needed.
Mix gochujang, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, chili powder, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Add mayonnaise to the dried squid and mix well until fully coated. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the prepared seasoning sauce.
Turn off the heat once the sauce is fully cooked and let it cool slightly.
Pour the cooled sauce over the squid and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
