- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Roughly chop garlic, onion, and green onion, then blend them in a mixer.
Mix the blended vegetables with soy sauce, water, plum extract, oligosaccharide, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
Add the pork to the marinade and let it rest for 1 hour.
Slice the green onion into thin strips for garnish.
Cook the marinated pork in a pan until partially cooked, then add the green onion strips and stir-fry briefly.
