INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 1 serving jjolmyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup julienned cucumber
- 1/2 cup blanched bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup julienned carrot
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Optional
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
PASSOS
Combine all seasoning ingredients to make the sauce. Adjust sweetness or sourness by adding more sugar or vinegar as desired.
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water until fully cooked, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Prepare vegetables by slicing cabbage, cucumber, carrot, and any other desired vegetables into thin strips.
Cook jjolmyeon noodles in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then rinse under cold water to retain their chewy texture.
Arrange noodles in a bowl, top with prepared vegetables, and drizzle the sauce over the dish. Optionally, add a boiled egg for extra flavor.
