    • 1.5–2 tbsp gochujang

Prepare a broth using a stock pack or anchovies and kelp for added flavor.

Cut the potato, scallion, zucchini, red chili, green chili, onion, tofu, and spam into bite-sized pieces.

Add 4 cups of broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the potato and cook until it starts to soften.

Add the zucchini and onion to the pot and continue boiling.

Mix in chili powder, garlic, and gochujang. Adjust the amount of gochujang based on desired spice level.
