INGREDIENTES

- 🦪 150g clam meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Rinse clam meat lightly under running water to remove impurities. Avoid over-washing to retain flavor.
Boil water and add rice wine. Blanch clam meat for 20 seconds.
Drain the clams and let them cool. Avoid rinsing with cold water unless necessary.
Finely chop onion, green chili, and red chili.
Mix chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, corn syrup, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Combine cooled clams, chopped vegetables, and seasoning sauce in a large bowl.
Serve the salad in a bowl. Optionally, mix with rice and sesame oil for bibimbap or with cooked noodles for bibim noodles.
